Job Description

At Trustpilot, we're on an incredible journey. We're a profitable, high-growth FTSE-250 company with a big vision: to become the universal symbol of trust. We run the world's largest independent consumer review platform, and while we've come a long way, there's still so much exciting work to do. Come join us at the heart of trust!

What you’ll be doing

Maturing risk management: Improve the enterprise risk framework to ensure consistent identification and tracking aligned with risk appetite.

Building compliance capability: Translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic business practices applied across all products and markets.

Supporting business decisions: Embed actionable risk guidance into product development and commercial initiatives.

Governance and reporting: Provide the Board and leadership with focused, decision-useful reporting and clear escalation routes.

Regulatory change and incidents: Oversee regulatory change and material incidents, ensuring lessons le
