As a Senior Data Analyst, you will have genuine influence across multiple teams, shaping how data is used to drive customer growth, retention, and product performance in a highly collaborative environment.

They are a high-growth online gambling and sports betting platform backed by significant recent investment and focused on delivering an intuitive, mobile-first user experience.

THE ROLE

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will partner with stakeholders across the organisation to turn complex questions into actionable insights.

Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following

Analysing customer behaviour, retention, churn, and lifecycle performance.

Partnering with Product, Growth, CRM, Commercial, and Trading team.

Translating ambiguous business challenges into structured analytical approaches.

Building dashboards, reports, and decision-support tools.

Supporting CRM and customer engagement strategies with data-driven insights.

Identifying trends, risks, and commercial opportunities through analysis.

Communicating insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Senior Data Analyst will have the following skills and experience:

Strong SQL and core analytical capability.

Experience across customer, commercial, CRM, or product analytics.

Proven ability to analyse customer behaviour, retention, or lifecycle metrics.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Strong BI and reporting experience.

Comfortable working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Familiarity with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms is advantageous.
