Sales Progressor (Property)
Location: Liverpool Basic Salary: Up to £28,000 + OTE of Up to £40,000 Hours: - Monday to Thursday - 9am - 5.30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm

Our client, a leading and successful independent estate agent is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Progressor to join their successful and busy team. Key Responsibilities
Managing the sales pipeline from agreed sale to completion
Liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage brokers, and surveyors
Chasing all parties to ensure progress is maintained and timelines are met
Monitoring key milestones including searches, surveys, mortgage offers, and contracts
Providing regular, clear updates to clients
Acting as the central point of contact throughout the transaction
Managing expectations and maintaining a high level of client service
Identifying potential delays early and taking proactive action
Resolving issues such as broken chains, down-valuations, or legal queries
Negotiating effectively to keep transactions on track
Keeping CRM records accurate and up to date
Ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
Preparing files for exchange and completion
Building strong working relationships with solicitors and third parties
Supporting the wider sales team to improve fall-through rates
Contributing to a smooth and positive client experience
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or a sales progression role
Ability to liaise directly with solicitors and mortgage brokers
Strong understanding of the UK property sales process
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Proactive and results-driven approach
Ability to handle pressure and work to deadlines
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
