The Role

As a Sales Progressor, you will

Monitor and prioritise your workload to achieve targets

Manage a pipeline of properties that are sold subject to contract

Chase mortgage offers and progress transactions

Maintain regular communication with agents

Keep vendors and purchasers updated throughout the sales process

Communicate effectively and professionally with solicitors, surveyors, mortgage lenders, agents, vendors, and buyers

Arrange for contracts to be signed

Update managers on the progress of sales

Maintain accurate CRM records and update the vendor portal

Sales Progressor Requirements

Previous experience in sales progression or conveyancing

Excellent customer service skills

Strong organisational skills

A confident and professional approach

The ability to manage multiple transactions and prioritise workload effectively
