Location: Solihull
Basic Salary: £28,000
OTE: £30,000+

We are seeking a motivated and target-driven individual to join a successful multi-branch estate agency as a Sales Progressor. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. Responsibilities
Manage and progress the pipeline
Liaise with buyers, sellers, mortgage providers and solicitors on a regular basis
Maintain company CRM system
Deal with price negotiations as required
Arrange and conduct key release
Work towards monthly targets
