Sales Manager – Property Services (B2B)

We’re partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial property services business that is redefining how estate agents, property managers, and investors maintain and enhance their portfolios.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions across refurbishment, maintenance, electrical, drainage, and decoration, the business is now entering an exciting phase of growth.
They are looking to hire a commercially astute Sales Manager to drive new business, build lasting partnerships, and play a key role in scaling revenue across London and the wider UK market.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact position focused on winning and growing B2B relationships within the property sector.
You’ll take ownership of developing partnerships with estate agents, letting agents, and property management firms, positioning a full suite of property services that deliver real value to their clients.
This role suits someone who thrives on opening doors, building trust, and closing deals in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively identify and win new business across estate agencies and property management companies
Build and nurture a strong pipeline through outbound activity, networking, and referrals
Position a broad range of services including refurbishment, maintenance, electrical, drainage, and decoration works
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Develop long-term client relationships that drive repeat and referral business
Work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure excellent client outcomes
Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
Provide insight into market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within property services, real estate, or a related sector
A strong track record of generating new business and closing deals
Confident, credible communicator who can engage stakeholders at all levels
Self-starter with a high level of drive, resilience, and commercial awareness
Experience managing a pipeline and sales process end-to-end
Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-moving environment
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce)
Nice to Have
Existing network within estate agents or property management companies
Experience selling refurbishment or maintenance services
Exposure to scaling sales in a growing SME environment
