The Role

As Sales Manager, you will

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing residential sales team

Drive business growth and increase market share across the region

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, applicants, and key stakeholders

Deliver exceptional customer service and outstanding sales results

Implement effective sales strategies to maximise opportunities and revenue

To succeed in this role, you will have

Proven experience in estate agency sales management
