What You'll Do

Lead and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets

Help with the success of team and employee development

Develop and implement effective sales strategies

Support the team with identify new opportunities

Analyse market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service

Proven experience in a sales management role, who has experience in a people led role
