Sales Manager

We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager with 10+ years' experience in the MSP / Managed Services sector to lead and grow a high-performing sales team.

Duration: Full time, Perm

Mode : Onsite (5 days office)

Location: Livingston, Scotland

Key responsibilities

Drive new business, MRR and GP growth.

Hire, coach and motivate the sales team.

Develop and execute sales strategies across Managed IT, Cyber Security, AI & Automation, Print and Telecoms.

Manage sales forecasting, pipeline and profitability.

Ideal background

3+ years in a similar MSP sales leadership role.

Strong team leadership and coaching experience.

Good understanding of MSP financials, MRR and gross margin.

Existing customer network/book of business is highly desirable.
