Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients

Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing opportunities

Develop and grow a portfolio of customer accounts

Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships

Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver excellent customer outcomes

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity

Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs

Represent the business professionally and build long-term customer partnerships

About You

Previous experience in sales, business development, account management, or a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Confident engaging with business owners and senior decision-makers

Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Commercially minded with a desire to succeed

Positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
