As a Sales Development Representative at Elastic, your role is pivotal in shaping the future of our sales initiatives by actively engaging with prospects and understanding their unique challenges to offer tailored Elastic solutions.

Partner with the sales, marketing, and partner teams to innovate strategies that increase our sales pipeline and business expansion;
Strike a balance between promptly addressing user inquiries and proactively seeking new business engagements;
Use tools like Salesforce, Marketo, and LinkedIn to research prospective accounts, pinpoint key decision-makers, and craft compelling communications;
Immerse yourself in learning the vast capabilities of Elastic technology to converse with our client persona, guiding them on how Elastic solutions can meet their objectives and drive their businesses forward.
1-2 years of Sales/ SDR experience, also including roles held during university studies
Receptive towards feedback, coupled with an appetite for personal growth
Gifted at engaging with potential new clients via a multi-channel approach
Motivated to meet and surpass targets
Inspired to contribute to a vision and community that extends beyond individual ambitions
You are fluent in English
Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component.
At Elastic, our compensation philosophy aims to provide fair, competitive and transparent remuneration. Salary ranges are established based on a combination of external market benchmarks, internal pay equity considerations, and the responsibilities and complexity associated with each role. This approach helps ensure consistency across comparable roles while remaining competitive within the relevant labour markets.
The final compensation offered within the applicable range will be determined based on several objective factors, including relevant professional experience, level of skills and expertise, alignment with the role requirements, and the overall scope and complexity of the position.
The typical starting On-Target Earnings range (Base Salary + Variable) for this role is:
€38.700—€61.300 EUR
