Salary: £32,500-£39,500 DOE + Uncapped Commission

Reed Accountancy Practice is one of the most respected names within specialist accountancy and finance recruitment. Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Edinburgh team.

This is an opportunity to work with an established brand, partnering with Finance Directors, CFOs and hiring managers across Scotland while building a successful specialist desk.

What you'll be doing

Recruiting qualified and part-qualified finance professionals across permanent opportunities

Building and maintaining relationships with finance leaders and key decisionmakers

Developing new business opportunities within your market

Conducting candidate interviews and managing recruitment processes

Consulting with clients on hiring strategy and market trends

Negotiating fees, offers and successful placements

Growing your network within the accountancy and finance sector

What we're looking for

Previous recruitment experience is essential

Experience recruiting within a professional service, finance, commercial or specialist sector is advantageous

Strong business development capability

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Excellent stakeholder management skills

Self-motivated, ambitious and commercially aware
