Learning & Development Manager - Wealth Management Location: Leeds

Working Pattern: Hybrid About the Role An excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing financial planning and wealth management firm as a Learning & Development Manager.

You will lead the design and delivery of learning programmes across the business, supporting leadership development, early careers, induction, mandatory and regulatory training, sales and role-specific development. Key Responsibilities

Design, deliver and evaluate learning programmes

Lead leadership, management and early careers development

Deliver induction, regulatory and role-specific training

Work with HR and managers to identify development needs

Develop competency frameworks and assessment programmes

Support AI, digital learning and HR technology initiatives

Use learning data and analytics to measure effectiveness

Manage internal and external stakeholders

About You

Previous L&D experience, ideally within financial or professional services

Strong instructional design and facilitation skills

Experience delivering leadership and behavioural training

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience with LMS/LXP platforms and digital learning

Understanding of learning analytics and competency frameworks

Interest in AI and the future of workplace learning

Relevant qualifications such as CIPD, ATD or ILM would be advantageous. What's on Offer
