Rendall & Rittner • £Competitive, aligned to experience and portfolio size • Hybrid
We need a Property Manager who can take ownership of a balanced portfolio and manage it confidently while continuing to build experience in residential block management.
The portfolio is based across key London locations, including Woolwich, Edgware and Hackney, and comprises a diverse mix of developments totalling approximately 700 residential units across six well-established sites.
The portfolio is designed to stay manageable, allowing focus on service quality, site standards and client relationships.
This is a varied, multi-location portfolio that requires strong organisation, sound judgement and confidence dealing with clients, residents and contractors.
You will need to balance service quality, cost control and compliance at the same time and be comfortable making decisions rather than escalating them.
You will be expected to run your portfolio, spotting issues early, managing risk and improving standards, not just reacting to problems.

Budgets, forecasts and expenditure are controlled and transparent
Section 20 consultations and major works are delivered smoothly
