Project Manager

Pinnacle, the technology solution's division of K3 Advisory Group, is seeking aProject Managerto join our Professional Services team, leading the successful delivery ofSage Intacctimplementation and customer enhancement projects.

This role is central to ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, and on time, while maintaining an exceptional customer experience throughout the project lifecycle. You will work closely with customers, consultants, developers, and internal stakeholders to manage implementations, integrations, third-party solutions, and software development projects.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, process-driven, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on project governance, customer satisfaction and effective resource utilisation.

This role is preominantly based from home, with travel to an office or client site as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Planning

Liaise with the New Customer Acquisition (NCA) and Customer Account Management (CAM) teams to be clear on the solution.

Arrange and hold the project kick-off.

Explain the delivery methodology.

Create, share and manage the project plan, including appropriate phases.

Plan resources to meet the delivery plan.

Arrange system configuration.

Coordinate consultancy.

Set out training plans.

Deliver schedules for reports, data loading and integration.

Coordinate resources required for software development.

Establish post-go live review.

Ensure effective Customer Support handover, as project scale or complexity demands.

Project Controls

Provide clarity on project scope.

Understand customer resource constraints and adapt.

Control project budgets.

Identify Project risks and mitigations.

Written plan acceptance, phase completion and project sign-off controls.

Advice and guidance on building test plans.

Capture exceptions and manage.

Provide internal and external project updates and checkpoint calls as required.

Go/no-go on live controls.

Manage project scope variances and commercial / planning implications.

About You

Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, with Sage Intacct highly beneficial.

Strong project planning and stakeholder management skills.

Experience managing software development, integrations, and third-party solutions.

Excellent communication and organisational abilities.

Process-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience.

Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.
