Account Project Manager – Beauty & Retail Displays

Central London (Hybrid)

£55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Are you an experienced Account / Project Manager with a background in retail displays, beauty, POS or creative production?

We’re working with an award-winning global retail production business looking for a commercially driven Account Manager / Project Manager to lead high-profile beauty and retail display projects from concept through to in-store delivery.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role managing multiple projects across creative, production and operations teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and to exceptional standards.

About the Project Manager Role

Manage end-to-end retail display and beauty campaigns

Lead project timelines, production schedules and delivery plans

Act as the main point of contact for key brand and retail clients

Coordinate internal teams across design, production and operations

Drive process improvements and project efficiency

Ensure projects meet retailer guidelines, deadlines and quality standards

Build strong long-term client relationships and identify growth opportunities

Project Manager We’re Looking For

Proven experience in Account Management or Project Management within retail displays, POS, beauty or creative production

Strong stakeholder and client management skills

Experience managing multiple fast-moving projects simultaneously

Commercially aware with excellent organisational skills

Confident working cross-functionally with production and operational teams

Experience using project management tools and Microsoft Office

Proactive, solutions-focused and detail-oriented approach
