Are you an experienced Program Manager who thrives on bringing structure, momentum and clarity to complex transformation? This is an opportunity to play a central role in an enterprise program, helping to coordinate and deliver the people activity initiatives that will support a major technology-enabled transformation across the organisation. Working closely with the HR Program Lead, HR Talent Lead, HR Leadership Team, workstream delivery teams and HRIT, you will ensure activities are well planned, coordinated, tracked and delivered against clear objectives and timelines.
You will be the connective tissue across multiple delivery teams, bringing disciplined execution, strong stakeholder management and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-moving global environment.
This is an 18-month fixed-term contract and can be a fully remote role, giving you the flexibility to work from anywhere in the UK, with optional office access if desired. As an alternative location, we will also consider candidates based in the US Eastern Time Zone.
