Your responsibilities as Product Specialist

Respond to enquiries from campaigns, exhibitions and website leads

Manage opportunities through the sales pipeline from enquiry through to order

Deliver virtual and face-to-face demonstrations tailored to client requirements

Complete client assessments and prepare accurate design documentation

Build relationships with occupational therapists, schools, councils and families

Maintain accurate CRM records and support smooth customer handovers

What we’re looking for in a Product Specialist

Previous sales experience managing enquiries, quotations and pipelines

Background working with occupational therapists, healthcare services or related sectors

Experience delivering demonstrations, presentations or client training

Strong CRM and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail

Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel when required

Physically able to lift, assemble and demonstrate the products
