Job Description
About the team
SumUp's Partnerships, Enterprise, and Retail channels are critical to how we grow — but until now, the tooling and systems behind them haven't had the product ownership they deserve. That's where you come in. You'll be the first dedicated PM for this domain, joining a newly formed squad under Mission Acquisition to build the operational and technical foundations that allow these channels to scale with confidence. If you're excited by the challenge of turning fragmented processes and under-loved systems into a clean, scalable product ecosystem — and you know your way around Salesforce — this role was built for you.
What you'll do
Own the product roadmap for Salesforce-based workflows, partner management tooling, and partner self-service capabilities across the Partnerships, Enterprise, and Retail channels
Identify operational pain points with partnership teams and translate them into clear, prioritised solutions built alongside Engineering
Shape the strategy and evolution of the Partner Portal into a coherent, globally scalable product
Strengthen data foundations and reporting quality so key partnership KPIs can actually be tracked and acted on
Align priorities across product, revenue operations, analytics, and channel stakeholders — balancing quick wins with a longer-term platform vision
You'll be great for this role if…
Proven experience delivering product improvements in CRM, internal tooling, or commercial operations environments, with Salesforce at the core.
Strong technical fluency when working with Engineering teams on solution design and trade-offs, particularly within Salesforce ecosystems.
Deep understanding of business processes across partnership management, sales operations, and lead management.
Ability to translate complex, cross-functional workflows into clear and actionable product definitions — and bring stakeholders along the way.
Comfort balancing short-term execution with longer-term platform thinking in an environment
