About the opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Product Manager to join our Lending team. This role is central to our Lending Ambition, our strategic roadmap to become the most trusted European digital primary bank by 2029 through a material, high-growth lending profit center.

In this role, you will help us transition from "Establishing" to "Maturing" our lending products, ensuring we offer the most accessible and personalized digital credit experience in Europe. You will join a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers, and data scientists dedicated to scaling this high-priority profit center.

In this role, you will

Execute the Strategy. Support the delivery of our 3-pillar product strategy (Foundations, Experimentation, and Innovation) to help reach our target of €1bn+ in lending volume.

Define & Deliver. Take problem statements within Lending Experience (e.g., funnel conversion) and Lending Foundations (e.g., credit data platforms) and define the necessary stories, epics, and initiatives to solve them.

Iterative Progress. Break down complex features into iterative milestones, fostering a culture of "build, measure, learn" through A/B testing and customer discovery.

Collaborate Across Groups. Partner closely with Credit Risk, Finance, and Engineering to ensure product rollouts are high-quality, compliant, and meet our "Lending Bank" readiness standards.

Targeted Focus. Support critical unresourced topics as they arise, such as initiatives around Credit Underwriting Models and Open Banking.

Maintain Operational Excellence. Contribute to the maturity of our processes, supporting audit requirements (e.g., Deloitte) and upleveling our reporting and documentation.

What you need to be successful

Experience. 3+ years in Product Management, ideally within FinTech or a regulated banking environment.

Product Craft (L3). Proficiency in breaking down high-level goals into actionable roadmaps and technical specifications. Can define stories
