The role

This role will be working within the Turbo Growth team in our Global Growth Group. Global Growth Group is a cross-functional organisation that is responsible for acquiring and growing SMBs. This team owns most of the early life merchant journey from merchant signup to getting them ramped.

The Product Manager will work closely with the team’s Product Designer and Engineering Manager to develop and prove hypotheses through experimentation and possibly bigger bets. You will also collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and other Product teams to achieve your goals.

Problem discovery and prioritisation: Taking complex and ambiguous product problems and structuring these effectively. This includes clearly defining the problem space, the impact of the problem and your prioritisation process.

Data-led decision-making: Using quantitative and qualitative evidence to support your decisions and opportunity identification.

Experimentation: Breaking the problem down into manageable chunks, hypothesis testing using A/B testing frameworks.

Influencing and communication: Building collaborative relationships with your team, stakeholde
