Senior Product Manager £105,000 + benefits + share options UK - Remote-first (hybrid flexibility) About the role Senior Product Manager role within a Series A life sciences startup building data-driven products that support faster, more informed drug discovery. The focus of the role is strengthening product foundations, defining a clear roadmap and helping scale the product capability as the business moves towards go-to-market.

This role suits an experienced Product Manager who enjoys taking ownership, bringing structure where there's ambiguity, and mentoring less experienced PMs without needing line management responsibility. What you'll be doing

Owning product strategy and roadmap, aligned to business goals

Improving product foundations, processes and ways of working

Translating customer needs into clear, actionable product direction

Working closely with engineering, data science and commercial teams

Supporting the development of new products and analytical tools

Helping take products towards go-to-market readiness

Acting as a senior product voice within a fast-growing startup

What we're looking for

Strong experience across the full product lifecycle

Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmaps

Experience scaling or maturing a product function

Comfortable working with complex, data-heavy technology

Go-to-market experience is highly valued

Life sciences experience is beneficial, but not essential

5-10+ years' product fexperience
