Are you a Plant, Operations, or Production Manager from a manufacturing background looking to join an established international manufacturer offering long term stability, progression, and the opportunity to lead a busy production facility?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established manufacturing business supplying specialist products into a range of industrial sectors across the UK and internationally.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll oversee production, logistics, maintenance, safety, and continuous improvement across the site while leading and developing a high performing team.

This role would suit someone from a manufacturing or production environment looking for a senior operational role with autonomy and long term progression.

The Role

Oversee all plant operations across production, logistics, and maintenance

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency

Monitor KPIs and support production growth

Lead and develop the production team

The Person

Management experience within manufacturing or production

Knowledge of continuous improvement and lean manufacturing

Strong leadership and organisational skills
