nvestment Analyst

Client is one of the prestigious specialist insurer with newly established investment team.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to portfolio analysis, manager research, investment reporting, and strategic decision-making within a collaborative team. Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and asset allocation, providing analysis and reporting.

Conduct research and due diligence on investment managers, funds, and asset classes.

Prepare investment proposals, committee papers, and strategic analysis.

Produce investment reports for senior management and governance committees.

Work closely with Finance, Risk, and Actuarial teams to support investment governance and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Experience

Experience in investment analysis in asset management, insurance investments or other financial field. Lloyd's market experience is essential

Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Experience working with investment managers or multi-asset portfolios is desirable. Proficiency in Excel and investment platforms

Knowledge of ESG and sustainable investment principles is an advantage.
