Our client is looking for a highly organised and numerically minded individual to join their growing team as a Pension & Investment Analyst.
No previous pensions or financial services experience is required. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for graduates or candidates with strong administration, analytical or customer service experience who are looking to develop a long-term career within wealth management.
Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll play an important role in supporting clients and ensuring pension and investment processes run smoothly.
The Role
As a Pension & Investment Analyst, you will provide administrative and analytical support to Financial Advisers while developing your knowledge of pensions and investments.
Preparing and processing client documentation
Liaising with pension providers and investment companies
Maintaining accurate client records and updating internal systems
Supporting Financial Advisers with administrative tasks
Ensuring information is recorded accurately and compliantly
Assisting clients with documentation and queries
Monitoring cases through to completion
Using Excel and internal systems to manage and organise information
About You
Numerically minded and comfortable working with figures
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Analytical and confident using Microsoft Excel
A strong communicator with a positive attitude
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Keen to build a long-term career in financial services
Previous experience in administration, data analysis, customer service, finance, banking or office-based roles would be beneficial, although full training will be provided.
