This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing technology and data-focused team where you will build innovative marketing technology solutions, automation tools, and AI-powered products. You will play a key role in developing scalable solutions that help clients unlock insights, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business impact.

As a Martech Engineer, you will build AI-powered tools, cloud-based data solutions, and automation products using GCP, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern AI frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain marketing technology products, automation solutions, and AI-powered tools.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and build scalable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain API integrations, data pipelines, and cloud-based applications.
Support the ongoing enhancement of proprietary products and internal platforms.
Build secure, reliable, and reusable solutions using modern engineering practices.
Contribute to technical architecture, innovation initiatives, and product strategy.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues across existing applications and tools.
Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver impactful projects.
Strong commercial experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or similar cloud technologies.
Experience developing applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Knowledge of serverless architectures and modern software engineering practices.
Hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into products and workflows.
Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, or similar technologies.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React.
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to a range of stakeholders.
Interest or exposure to digital marketing channels such as SEO, paid media, content, or analytics.
ETL/ELT tools and data integration processes.
BigQuery or other cloud data warehouse technologies.
Data visualisation and dashboard development.
Marketing technology, analytics, or data-focused environments.
Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 - depending on experience
