Marketing Manager with Retention Focus

Responsible for marketing initiatives aimed at nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships which include HNWI, investors and long-standing trading relationships. Drive client engagement, loyalty and lifetime value while delivering a first-class experience for clients. You will work closely with the Marketing Associate and contribute to product marketing activity focussing on retention.

Key responsibilities

Lead product marketing activities for existing clients, ensuring activities support retention and strengthen engagement.

Transfer product updates and investment insights into effective client facing meetings.

Plan and executive events for HNW clients, existing investors, and trading relationships.

Partner with internal stakeholders regarding high quality content, logistics and post event follow-ups.

Own and nurture journeys tailored to client preferences and lifecycle stages.

Improve retention, cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

Manage the communications calendar.

Maintain with brand and regulatory requirements.

Lead marketing responsibilities related to Sirex – consistent communication and engagement.

The ideal candidate

At least five years’ experience in marketing with a focus on retention, CRM, client lifecycle management.

Experience of Hubspot or similar CRM systems.

Excellent communication and relationship building skills with a client focussed mindset.

Strong stakeholder management and event management skills.

Ability to interpret data and insights for retention strategies.
