This agency operates within the experiential and live events space, delivering creative brand experiences across a range of sectors including entertainment and consumer brands. Known for their innovative approach and high-quality delivery, they work on projects both in the UK and internationally.

With a collaborative and ambitious team, they are continuing to invest in their marketing function to support ongoing growth and strengthen their presence within the industry.

The Role

This is a newly created and highly visible role, responsible for developing and delivering the agency’s marketing strategy. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating inbound opportunities, and supporting new business efforts.

Responsibilities will include

Creating compelling case studies and marketing collateral to showcase projects

Managing and evolving the agency’s brand identity across all channels

Owning social media channels, including content creation and scheduling

Producing engaging visual content including short-form video and graphics

Managing the website and ensuring content is current and impactful

Leading email marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives

Supporting PR activity, press outreach and award submissions

Tracking performance and reporting insights to drive continuous improvement

Supporting industry events, including promotion and content creation

The Candidate

For this role, you will need to be a proactive and creative Marketing Manager with experience in a B2B or agency environment. You’ll be confident working across multiple workstreams and comfortable taking ownership of marketing output from day one.

You should have

Experience in agency or B2B marketing

Strong content creation skills across social, written and visual formats

Design capability (Canva, Figma, Adobe or similar)

Experience managing social media and digital channels

A data-driven mindset with the ability to track and optimise performance

A collaborative approach with strong communication skills
