What's the opportunity?
As EMEA Lead of Solution Partnerships, you'll own our partner ecosystem across the region, working closely with our EMEA sales team to drive revenue through solutions partners, system integrators, and consultancies.
This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Fin's EMEA solution partner motion – building the regional strategy, managing a team of partner managers, and personally owning a book of business. You'll operate across multiple partners and markets simultaneously, serving as the connective tissue between our partner ecosystem and our EMEA go-to-market teams.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to partnerships: commercially sharp, energized by building in a market with real momentum, and able to develop others while still delivering personally. You'll manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to enablement and long-term grow
