We’re waving goodbye to the complicated and confusing ways of traditional banking.

After starting as a prepaid card, our product offering has grown a lot in the last 10 years in the UK. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.

With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

We’re not about selling products - we want to solve problems and change lives through Monzo ❤️

📍London or Remote in the UK | 💰 £100,000-£125,000 (depending on experience) + Incentive Awards tied to your performance + Benefits | Product at Monzo | Hear from the team

What you’ll be working on

As a Senior Product Manager for Business Banking, you’ll deliver the future of how UK businesses manage their money. This is a rare opportunity to shape one of Monzo’s most strategically important product areas, leading teams to build innovative, differentiated experiences that no other bank offers.

You’ll own our Spend Management domain, which we’ve defined as: how small businesses enable their teams to bank together safely, simply and confidently. For a business, banking together means giving the right people the right level of access, setting up roles and permissions, creating approval workflows, managing expense cards, and giving owners the tools to delegate without losing control.

It’s an exciting space to disrupt with new technology. Today, many small businesses are underserved by clunky banking tools, expensive finance software, or manual processes that don’t reflect how modern teams actually work. We think Monzo can change that by building simple, powerful collaboration tools for the businesses that need them most.

You’ll set the vision, craft a customer-obsessed strategy, and create the execution engine that turns ambition into reality. We’re looking for someone who pairs exceptional product taste with strong analytical depth, thrives in ambiguity, and can inspire teams to deliver world-class outcomes.

That means you’ll

Lead the charge: build a product vision and strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with Monzo’s goals and an exceptional customer experience.

Communicate effectively: you get people inspired by the product vision and you share the right context with the right people at the right time.

Collaborate seamlessly: partner with engineering, design, data, research, marketing and other teams across Monzo to create a strategy and deliver.

Deliver impact: define, deliver and measure the impact of the customer-focused experiences you create.

You should apply if

You are an experienced product manager, and have led high-performing teams to ship world-class products at a fast growing company.

You have a track record of leading consumer efforts that drive significant value for customers and the business.

You're data-driven and commercial, and have a track record of collaborating with machine learning experts or data scientists to define key metrics, run experiments, and deliver business impact.

You can systematically break down and solve complex problems.

You have good judgement, and have a track record of making good decisions in complex situations where there’s often no “right answer”.

You have the urge and resilience to challenge the status quo and make things better, and are full of creative ideas for how to do so.

You can work effectively with a diverse range of people and working styles - spanning engineering, design, data, user research, marketing, legal and compliance - to get stuff done.

You’re a great storyteller, who is able to motivate, energise and inspire people towards a
