Management Accountant, Private Equity Firm, 12 months FTC, up to £75k, London, Hybrid

We are working with a highly successful Private equity firm that is looking for qualified Management Accountant to join its collaborative finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a sophisticated, fast-paced environment, partnering with senior stakeholders and contributing to key financial and operational decisions across the business.

What you'll be doing

Partnering with department leaders to provide insightful financial support and analysis

Preparing monthly management reporting, variance analysis, and month-end journals

Managing payroll accounting across multiple international locations

Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning processes

Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and month-end reporting packs

Assisting with statutory audits and financial reporting requirements

Driving process improvements and exploring opportunities to leverage AI and automation within finance

About you

ACA or ACCA qualified

Strong Excel skills and excellent attention to detail

Previous experience in management accounting and month-end reporting

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across a dynamic organisation

Proactive, organised, and keen to improve processes

Be able to start immediately
