Management Accountant
Location: Dudley (On-site)
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 + Benefits
The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established and successful manufacturing business in Dudley to recruit a Management Accountant. This is a key, hands-on role within a close-knit finance team, offering real visibility across the organisation and the chance to influence operational and financial performance.
You’ll play a pivotal part in delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and driving continuous improvement across both finance and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Produce timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including commentary and insights
Lead on budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with key stakeholders
Deliver variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, ensuring strong financial control
Partner with operational teams to support costing, stock management, and margin analysis
Assist with year-end processes, including audit and statutory reporting requirements
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
About You
Part-qualified, qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) or QBE with strong management accounting experience
Background in manufacturing or a similar environment (highly desirable)
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
A proactive team player, comfortable working independently and collaborating across departments
