Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Retail business in London to recruit an immediate, Interim Management Accountant.
Our client is looking for an immediate interim Management Accountant to assist them for 3-6 months. You will be responsible for following duties:
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, ensuring all reporting deadlines are met.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, maintaining high standards of financial governance and adhering to all relevant deadlines.
Build strong relationships across the business, providing financial guidance, support, and training to managers and colleagues to improve financial understanding and decision-making.
Monitor financial performance against agreed budgets and forecasts, producing insightful variance analysis and highlighting key trends.
Regularly communicate business-critical financial issues, risks, and opportunities to the Head of Finance, providing practical recommendations and solutions.
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with departmental managers to ensure robust financial planning.
Assist with month-end and year-end processes, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the achievement of business objectives.
The successful interim Management Accountant will have 2+ years experience You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.
This role is paying between £22.00-£27.00p/h
