Management Accountant

We're partnering with a development management and project management consultancy for luxury hospitality and residential properties in the UK and internationally. They're looking for a newley qualified management accountant to join their growing team in London.

Duties

The timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts for the Company and related client entities, including preparation of:

Profit & Loss with analytical review

Balance Sheet with full supporting schedules

Cash flow Statement

Funding request

Ad hoc reports

Partnering with project and operations teams to ensure effective and efficient financial management of the business, building insightful financial reporting

Monitoring overall cash position on a regular basis to ensure business needs are met

Preparing and reviewing cash flow projections / forecasts.

Assisting the Financial Controller with the design and implementation of improved financial processes and controls.

Management of the outsourced finance function

Acting as liaison with auditors, providing financial data and information as required.

Undertaking research on VAT / tax related issues as needed.

Salary: £DOE + 10% discretionary bonus

Working Structure: 5 days on site

Working hours: 9am - 5:30pm
