Senior Management Accountant

6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Central London (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)

£60,000 - £70,000 pro rata + Excellent Benefits

Reed is partnering with a leading UK provider of housing and property-related services to recruit two Senior Management Accountants on a 6-month FTC.

Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will play a key role in delivering budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across a portfolio of operational contracts. Working closely with senior stakeholders and budget holders, you'll provide commercial insight, challenge assumptions and help drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

Build detailed, bottom-up budgets and financial models.

Partner with operational teams to translate business plans into financial forecasts.

Provide analysis, challenge assumptions and identify key risks and opportunities.

Deliver scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Support cash flow, margin forecasting and financial reporting.

Drive improvements to budgeting processes, controls and reporting.

About You

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.

Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience.

Excellent financial modelling and Excel skills.

Proven business partnering experience with non-finance stakeholders.

Commercially minded, analytical and highly detail-oriented.

Experience within housing, facilities management, outsourcing or contract services would be advantageous.
