Management Accountant

We are currently recruiting for a Management Accountant to join the team, taking responsibility for core month-end processes while also supporting the development of junior team members within the wider finance function. The role offers a strong balance of hands-on accounting, reporting, and light leadership responsibilities, ensuring accurate financial control and consistent delivery across the function.

You will work closely with an experienced Finance Manager who will provide ongoing guidance and support, while also giving you exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and wider financial reporting activities. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build on their existing experience within a stable environment, while continuing to strengthen both their technical and commercial understanding.

Skills Needed

Part qualified or qualified by experience ACA / ACCA / CIMA

Strong experience supporting month-end processes and preparation of management accounts

Good understanding of accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations

Experience with KPI reporting and financial analysis, supporting understanding of business performance
