Management Accountant - Wimbledon Full-Time | Permanent | Office-based Up to £55k

Sheridan Maine is working with a growing and dynamic organisation in Wimbledon, seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their Finance Team on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a part-qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with strong month-end experience who is looking to develop within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities of the Management Accountant

Preparation of monthly management accounts, including journal postings

Analysis of monthly results, including variance analysis against budget and KPIs

Support with internal reporting and financial analysis across the business

Monthly balance sheet reconciliations with full supporting documentation

Assistance with budgeting and forecasting cycles

Contribution to statutory accounts and audit preparation

Involvement in finance and wider business projects, including process and system improvements

Supporting a collaborative team culture and strong internal communication

Ad hoc duties in line with business needs

The successful Management Accountant

3–4 years’ experience in a month-end focused finance role

Part-qualified or newly qualified (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)

Strong Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS)

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Strong communicator and confident working with stakeholders at all levels
