This is an exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a market-leading business in South Manchester. The role involves managing end-to-end financial processes and providing accurate reporting to support business decisions.
Client Details
A leading property business with impressive growth plans.
Description
Preparing monthly management accounts.
Reconciliation and consolidation of all balance sheets.
Supporting the Finance Director with the budgeting and reforecasting cycles and providing analysis.
Preparing and submitting VAT returns.
Ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements, accounting standards, and internal policies.
Support the annual audit process.
Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and controls.
Ad-hoc projects as required.
Mentoring and managing 1 junior member of staff.
Profile
CIMA/ACCA qualified or qualified by experience
Experience in management accounts and reporting.
Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and providing analysis.
Proactive, detail oriented and hands on
Property sector experience is advantageous
