London | Hybrid Multi-site, fast-paced hospitality

We are partnering with a high-growth, nationwide operator in the leisure and hospitality sector to find a talented Management Accountant to join their dynamic finance team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a commercially focused, business-facing role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders across operations and marketing, helping to drive performance across a portfolio of sites.

The Role

You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and commercial support in a fast-moving environment. This isn't just reporting - you will be influencing decision-making and adding real value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts with clear, actionable insights

Deliver variance analysis and performance reporting across multiple sites

Partner with operational teams to improve margins and control costs

Support budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles

Analyse key KPIs including revenue, labour, and profitability

Assist with financial modelling for new sites and strategic initiatives

Help drive improvements in systems, reporting, and processes

Requirements

Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent

Strong management accounting experience

Commercially minded with a proactive approach

Confident communicator who can influence non-finance stakeholders

Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability

Experience in multi-site industries such as hospitality, retail, or leisure is advantageous
