Management Accountant

HW Finance are partnering with a well regarded business based in Leeds to recruit a part qualified Management Accountant.

Joining a fast paced Finance function this role will be responsible for

Preparation of the monthly management accounts

Updating forecasts based on stakeholder information and business understanding

Responsible for the preparation of budgets

Tracking variances to the latest forecasts and presenting and analysing findings in a clear and concise way

Preparation and review of Balance Sheet reconciliations and supporting schedules

Identifying areas of inefficiency in current processes, providing suggestions and working with the wider finance team to implement ‘best in class’ processes.

Building partnerships and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

It's a role suited to someone part way through their studies (ACCA/CIMA) with prior experience in management accounts looking for a role where they can continue to develop.
