Management Accountant

A high-growth fintech in the insurance space is hiring a Management Accountant to take ownership of AP, support month end, and drive process improvements in a scaling, multi-entity environment. In this Management Accountant responsibilities will include:

Own end-to-end Accounts Payable (invoice to payment, reconciliations, supplier queries)

Run domestic & international payment cycles

Support month-end close (journals, accruals, prepayments, reconciliations)

Own revenue & invoicing, ensuring accurate recognition and reporting

Support audit and maintain strong financial controls

Partner with commercial and operational teams on billing and process improvements

Drive efficiencies across AP, revenue, and reporting processes

Profile

Qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)

Strong AP and month-end experience in a multi-entity environment, ideally experience as a Management Accountant

Audit exposure and strong controls mindset

Systems-savvy (NetSuite/AP tools beneficial)

Proactive, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-growth business
