Management Accountant

Your new company I am currently working with a specialist property investment company, looking to hire a Management Accountant. In this role you will report straight to the Director, it is a great opportunity to add value and be exposed to senior leadership.

Your new role Reporting to the Director, your responsibilities will include:

Oversee multi-entity invoicing, payments, and bank management

Manage accounting systems, reconciliations, and creditor reporting

Maintain deal ledgers, financial summaries, and project reporting

Coordinate with external accountants and statutory submissions

Monitor cash flow, intercompany transfers, and funding requirements

Ensure rental income collection and general operational administration

What you'll need to succeed You'll be a newly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with property experience. Ideally you will be practice trained with both accounts preparation and property client experience or have industry experience within the property sector. You must be immediately available or on short notice.

What you'll get in return A competitive salary of £55,000. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and add value.
