Management Accountant

Robert Half are currently supporting an organisation based in Bath, who are looking for a Management Accountant to join their team on a permanent basis. Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 up to 12.5% bonus Location: Bath Hybrid Working Available Responsibilities: Prepare and review Management Accounts for all group entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance before consolidation Lead business partnering with stakeholders outside of finance to understand the story behind the numbers Collaborate with the Transactional Manager to enhance invoice coding and balance sheet reconciliations Oversee cash flow forecasts and VAT returns Experience: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification preferred Proven experience in a similar Management Accountant role Strong background in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis Exceptional analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organisation For more information on this role, please respond ASAP with a copy of your CV to discuss in more detail.
