About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Lettings Manager to lead a residential lettings team in Harrow on the Hill. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a growing portfolio, drive business development, and deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of residential rental properties
Lead, mentor, and develop the lettings team to achieve targets
Generate new business through valuations, networking, and referrals
Conduct rental valuations and secure new instructions
Oversee property marketing, viewings, and negotiations
Ensure compliance with current lettings legislation and best practices
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the Harrow area
Manage tenancy progression from offer through to move-in
Handle escalated issues and provide solutions-focused outcomes
Requirements
Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally in a senior or managerial role
Strong track record of generating new business and hitting targets
In-depth knowledge of UK lettings legislation and compliance
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
