Interim Finance Manager

Our client is a well-established, privately owned UK business based in Solihull. This is a hands-on position requiring an individual who is comfortable operating across both strategic and operational finance activities within a fast-paced, people-intensive environment.

This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is comfortable managing the day-to-day finance function while ensuring transactional processes run efficiently and accurately. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance activities and supporting the wider business during a busy operational period.

Ideally, you will

Be a qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA or CIMA) qualified by experience will be considered.

Previous experience in an end-to-end finance role with a strong background within transactional finance and finance operations.

Proven experience of daily banking, credit control and high-volume invoice processing.

Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business.
