Interim Finance Manager Leeds | Hybrid £70,000 12 Month FTC

Elevation Recruitment Group are supporting a great business in Leeds as they look to bring in an experienced, hands-on Finance Manager to support through a key period of change.

This is a 12-month contract with strong exposure across FP&A and core finance.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key contact for financial insight, combining FP&A with core finance to support decision-making

Lead month-end activity, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

Deliver clear reporting packs with meaningful analysis on performance and trends

Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and wider FP&A activity

Track and develop KPIs to provide visibility across the business

Ensure strong controls and audit readiness across finance processes

Drive improvements across systems, reporting and FP&A processes

Support and develop junior team members

Partner with stakeholders to provide clear, value-adding insight

Key Skills

ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

Strong FP&A and financial modelling capability

Confident with reporting, analysis and performance insight

Solid month-end and technical accounting experience

Budgeting and forecasting expertise

Strong stakeholder engagement skills

Process-driven with good systems awareness
