As Hygiene Manager at our bakery, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting a 24/7 food manufacturing operation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene excellence across a site producing premium oat bakes, shortbread products, and own-label products for some of the UK's most recognised retailers and foodservice brands.

Supported by a small, dedicated team, including direct reports and specialist contractors, you'll have the opportunity to influence site culture, drive standards, and make a visible impact on operational excellence.
