HR & People Change Consultant

HR & People Change Consultant Permanent Edinburgh (Hybrid working) up to c£42,000

LHH is delighted to be supporting a well-established charitable organisation as they recruit a People Change Consultant to join their People & Culture team during an exciting period of organisational change and growth.

This is a key role within People Operations, providing expert HR support with a strong focus on organisational change, employee relations and case management. You will partner with managers and leaders to navigate complex people matters, lead on employee relations cases, and support the delivery of change initiatives, including restructures, consultations, and workforce planning activities.

Alongside managing complex casework, you will help drive continuous improvement across HR processes, policies, and practices, ensuring a compliant, effective, and people-centred approach. You will also contribute to wider transformation projects and support the successful embedding of organisational change.

We are seeking an experienced HR professional with a strong background in employee relations and organisational change, excellent knowledge of employment law, and the ability to influence and support stakeholders at all levels. Experience within a complex, public sector or not-for-profit environment would be advantageous.
