Description
Provide support across a range of HR functions, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Deliver day-to-day HR administration and employee support.
Assist with recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions, advertising vacancies, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems as required.
Support payroll-related activities, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Provide advice and guidance to staff on HR-related queries and policies.
Support the delivery of learning and development initiatives.
Prepare reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making.
Collaborate with managers and departments to ensure the smooth delivery of HR services.
Profile
Previous experience in a human resources role within the public sector or a similar environment.
A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Proficiency in using HR systems and software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail.
Job Offer
An hourly rate of £24.37 PAYE or £31.64 Umbrella
Hybrid working (minimum of two days per week onsite).
