HR Manager | Premium Retail

Zachary Daniels is partnering with a premium retail business to recruit an HR Manager.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who loves getting close to a business, understanding its people and supporting leaders to build great teams.

We're looking for an HR Manager who can bring ideas, offer sound advice and turn plans into action. Someone who understands the pace of retail and takes pride in delivering a people experience that reflects the care and quality customers expect from a premium brand.

What you'll be doing

• Partnering with leaders across retail and head office, providing practical HR advice and support
• Coaching managers on performance, development and employee relations, building their confidence to lead well
• Managing complex ER matters with care, consistency and sound judgement
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding to attract great people and help them settle in
• Working with leaders on talent development, succession planning and team structures
• Supporting change initiatives and ensuring clear communication throughout
• Reviewing people policies and processes to make sure they support the business effectively
• Using people insights to identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention and the employee experience

About you

• An experienced HR Manager or HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background
• Experience within premium or luxury retail, or a similarly customer-focused, multi-site business
• Confident managing complex employee relations and supporting leaders through change
• Approachable and credible, with the confidence to challenge constructively
• Commercially aware and comfortable balancing longer-term priorities with day-to-day delivery
• Someone who enjoys being visible, building relationships and understanding what's happening across the business
• CIPD qualified or able to demonstrate equivalent experience
